BE IT KNOWN TO ALL CONCERNED IN CRAFT INDUSTRY : 

It has come to our knowledge from various sources that M/s. My Sweet Petunia the owner’s of “MISTI” Trademark are posting numerous misleading mails to  various Dealers/Customers/Consumers of the CRAFT INDUSTRY, with their claims over the Patent Rights for their Product of PRINTING DEVICE marketed by them under the name and style of “MISTI”,  which is still pending with USPTO. Such mails posted by M/s. My Sweet Petunia are just Superfluous, Unethical and False with their Mala fide Intentions to gain the market share.

We hereby inform the Craft Industry at large that we have already filed an objection against their Patent Application with USPTO on dated 15^th February, 2016, which was duly acknowledged by USPTO on 18^th February, 2016 at 10.07 Hrs.

PRIOR to this, we had also warned M/s. My Sweet Petunia vide our mail dated 29^th December, 2015 to stop posting all such superfluous, unethical, and false claims on social media for this of their Product against us. But they are still misleading the Industry at Large with their Unjustified  & Unethical Claims for a printing device that is being used worldwide for decades altogether for printing manually and there is nothing Inventive and/or innovative in this of their Product. But till date there is not a single reply from M/s. My Sweet Petunia.

We hereby again warn M/s. My Sweet Petunia through this post to stop posting all superfluous, unethical, and false claims on the social media and threatening various Dealers/Customers/Consumers of the CRAFT INDUSTRY, against us, which is absolutely against all business norms and practices with immediate effect, failing which, they will be held responsible for all costs, damages and consequences for their Mala fide Intentions to gain the market share.
